History
Established in 2006, with a strong ethos and core values of honesty, reliability and customer care, we have learned to understand the needs of tourists, their habits, their requests and season after season we have refined our professionalism and become specialists in Sicily villa rentals. Since then we have processed more than 15.000 check in.

Enzo Peluso
CEO
Born in Zurich, class of 1976, he returned to Sicily at the age of 7. After graduating in Sociology (specialization in Communication and Mass Media) at the La Sapienza University of Rome, he returns to his homeland with the desire to create new opportunities. In January 2006 he founded Isula Travel srl.
Francesco Pluchinotta
Co-Founder
Degree in Tourism Economics at the University of Bologna and Enzo's right-hand man. He manages to combine entrepreneurial initiative and concreteness. His positivity conveys enthusiasm and his conviviality is highly regarded, especially when it comes to cooking for others.
Simona Belluardo
Booking
Simona has a degree in Governance and Administration. Before landing on Isula Travel she worked for 2 years as a commercial in tourist villages and for 10 years in a hotel at the front office. Simona is a prepared professional and always smiling, a unique resource in managing relationships with customers and holiday villa owners.
Lorena Alaimo
Booking
Always fascinated by foreign languages, she graduated in International Communication with a Master in Hotels Management. After spending several years as a hotel secretary, she joined Isula Travel in 2017. A true music and book lover, and always helpful and ironic. Her efficiency is synonymous with absolute guarantee.
Lucy Fede

After years navigating the jungle of numbers for a hardware and software company, she finally arrives in her “Isula Felice” (happy island). Passionate about travel and always looking for new places to discover, she is a food / trip advisor, always ready to recommend offers and low cost flights, as well as trusted food and wine locations. Her motto? Check, analyze and decide!

Villa specialist
Ersilia after graduating in Sciences of Linguistic Mediation, fascinated by the world of tourism and foreign languages, worked for about 10 years as a receptionist in various boutique hotels in Ragusa. Ersilia is always ready to welcome guests and requests with a smile and attention to every detail so that every stay is unforgettable.

Giovanni aka Vanni for his friends, is a consultant and real estate broker at Isula Home. Graduated in architecture in 2014 and expert in real estate valuations in the Val di Noto area. Professionalism, competence and transparency are in the first place. A real estate agent 2.0

Salvo has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Catania. Lover of his land, passionate about sports and good food. He combines true web development skills, SEO sensitivity and operational availability, a rarity indeed.

Born in 1991, in 2011 he moved to Rome, where he began studying at the Roman School of Photography. After the Roman experience he returned to Sicily and in 2014, together with Chiara, he founded in Modica the Asmara 33 studio.

An art and culture enthusiast, Valentina loves capturing moments with her camera and chatting with tourists. She has traveled extensively in France, the UK, and Australia after earning her degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures. Returning to Italy, she specialized in Web Design and now at IsulaTravel, she uses her skills to highlight the beauty of Sicily as the Digital Communication manager.

Germana studied architecture in Sicily, is passionate about the history of her homeland and is eager to share it with anyone who visits the island. She takes care of welcoming guests, ensuring that every detail is carefully taken care of to ensure unforgettable stays in our villas.

Rosaria was born in Sicily and raised in New York from the age of two. She started as a clerk in a stock firm and became assistant to the VP of a major insurance company at 2 WTC. Back in Sicily, she uses her bilingual skills to warmly welcome and support guests from arrival to departure—offering suggestions to assure it’s perfect!
